Therapy & Skills Building

We provide individually tailored evidence based intervention & therapy specific to the young person's needs for skills development.

We aim to assist young people during individual sessions from 7 years onwards (diagnosed or undiagnosed) to gain the awareness, knowledge and skills to manage their emotional growth including self awareness, self regulation and self management in order to develop healthy attachments and relationships with their family members and others to thrive in their social world.

This service is all about improving and embracing oneself by 'building skills' such as:
