PHONE INTAKE: An initial phone intake is conducted by our administration team who are specifically trained to better understand your needs in order to book you in to discuss your concerns with the most suitable psychologist and assessor. 

INITIAL CLINICAL INTERVIEW: An initial clinical interview is then conducted by an ACPC Psychologist from our assessment team to gather information regarding your child's developmental, learning, social and emotional development and discuss the administration of the most suitable assessments. This interview is usually booked with the people that know the child the most; parents or caregivers.
