Healthy Minds and Services Expo 2017:

ACPC took part of the Healthy Minds Expo on the 3rd October where there were close to 700 people that came through on the day. Our team members spoke to a range of people regarding our services for children and adolescents.

Our activity was to ask people who would approach our table to note down "what has helped them through their journey"

Based on the gathered information, the top three themes were as follows:

  • Family & Friends
  • Support
  • Coping Skills

The three themes prove that 'as humans' we benefit from our social supports and connections in our everyday lives no matter what we experience!
