It combines waves of pleasant tingles that typically start in the head and work through the body, it's a sensation triggered by aural and/or visual stimuli.
Our principal psychologist is mindful that ASMR is not supported by evidence based research indicating its significant impact of treating anxiety and sleep disorders and is aware that it is just a technique, which may be helpful for some people who suffer from sleep disorders.
